If you've modded it in, yes. If you're using a mod that makes goblins narrow, sure.

That's my theory. Unfortunately, I got too caught up in killing giants with my copper spear to test it. Giants are
great for training weapon skills, with your starting no-quality copper spear. Just gouge their eyes out, then stab them until they pass out from pain. Sneak or train some other skill until they stand up again, then start stabbing again. Just make sure you bring lots of food and water.
