Since The Unyielding what's left, that will be what I take.

Speech:I'm going to be honest with you, men. Today will be a day where men and women alike are equals. Today is when our knowledge is tested against a real threat and not some simulation. This means that dying is a real possibility. If you want to survive this trial then fight for your lives.

By the way, I slept though most of my classes.

Dismissed.

Don't Scimitar class gunships only have two officer spots? I'm already on board The Fearless.

I won't let you down, Captain. Hey, what's this button do? I think I'd better find out. Scientifically, of course.

Well thank you very much for that. You should know that you will be the first to die a very heroic death if you do join.  :P

Then you can call yourself as the new Captain of The Unyielding.

Walk around the ship to the captain and talk about what kind of ship this will be a explorer or a battle?

KineseN: Jet, - may I call you Jet? - I have never been much of a fighter and neither an explorer, I'm an exploiter at heart. Do you know what that means? Of course not. But I can tell you, just as long as this stays between us.
I use people. If I know that we are about to enter battle, like now, I'm not the first to enter the fray, no, I wait until the very last moment and then swoop in to steal the efforts of others.
While I haven't had the chance to go through the ship's spec yet, I do envision this ship to end up as a quick and undetectable ship.
Does this answer your question, Jet?

ACT 1, TURN 1: CONTACT!

NEAR SATURN-UEC

The Fearless, Unyielding, and Vigilant are all assigned to different squadrons. They all fly in the standard V formation towards the target. Hundreds of gunships fly through the night.

Numerous fighters streak ahead of the battlegroup. Behind you, frigates swing around to face the enemy unknown.

"Contact!" The general frequency blares, "It's th-" The radio cuts silent as you see thousands of explosions ahead of you (dR100 - 2). They apparently brought flak frigates.

Suddenly, orders pop up on the captain's view-screens. ALL GUNSHIPS- STAGGER FORMATION AND MOVE IN TO ATTACK. Not wanting to disobey your commanders orders for fear of loss of paycheck, you order course corrections and prepare to engage. Despite the Unyielding almost crashing into another Scimitar, you are all fine, and streak through the sky to engage the enemy.

Post your actions such as: How to engage the enemy, where to engage them from, etc. (Think on all axes)

I forgot to mention, the crew does not count you or any other captain. It just counts... essential personnel.

Vigilant.

Engage the enemy from the rightmost side, with the main force of the fleet attacking them from the front. Fire Beam Emitters until shields drop, and then fire volleys of Missiles.
