both sides are right and both sides are wrong, end of story. SO HAS ANY ONE TRIED TO PLAY WITH 100% NPR CHANCE?

So it seems I accidentally put my canteen in my wheelbarrow and didn't notice... and then I got really thirsty... so right before going to sleep I go to take a swig from my canteen and... end up snorting a line of low-grade meth.

As I said, I started on 10%, then went to 30% for a bit, now I've been on 100% for a couple of years now, the RNG is still trying to screw with me as every possible planet/moon that could have had an NPR, is instead is too cold, and is filled with damned precursors.  >:(

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

100% NPR chance means every planet that can have an NPR will. Can't be about luck. Something's wrong.

But now you're saying environments are just too hostile. How many systems have you explored this time?

Ahem, Precursors. (planets with ruins can't have NPRs)

can't remember, but a few yesterday and a few today, mostly the planets lack the vital amount of oxygen, or they lack the needed heat, my latest one is a unfortunate -66.5C.  :(

Edit: I have found a possible NPR planet!

Edit edit: Yaaaay! :D

Edit edit edit: found another one, too bad ruins were generated instead. :(

Edit edit edit edit: this will be my last edit but, who names their empire 'Justice confederation'?. :P
