I know you said they were supposed to be obsolete, but damn. The single FC on that destroyer is obscene; you've got three different types of E/KW and a single compromise FC for them all. I'm also curious how you managed to get a 25,000km/s tracking speed with railguns on a ship with a vmax of ~4km/s, seeing as how they're spinal-mount/limited traverse weapons that can't be turreted. The single reactor is also a poor choice, but at least attributable to it being an old design. Assuming the S1 launchers are for AMMs, they'll be completely useless with an AS with that high of a resolution. Incidentally, the AS is a pile of crap that I wouldn't saddle
anything with; R82 means that you'll see enemy ships at about the point where they're close enough to ram you.
The fighter... ARGLEBLARGLE Y U PUT SHEILD ON FITER
Also, that AS is obscenely large for anything but a recon fighter; it tends to be much more efficient to rely on a spotter. Also, CRAMMING A RAILGUN INTO A FIGHTER!? AND THEN GIVING IT A SINGLE GODDAMN S1 BOX LAUNCHER AND A MASSIVELY SHITTY MFC THAT WON'T PICK UP A GODDAMN PLANET FROM HALF A METER AWAY!? WHY THE HELL DOES THE FIGHTER HAVE A DRIVE SEVERAL TLS ABOVE EVERYTHING ELSE?
The frigate is slightly better, except for the pointless single shield and the shit AS. And the single FC for multiple types of weapon.
The carrier: MORE POINTLESS SHIELDS THAT'LL COLLAPSE AFTER HITTING A DUST-BUNNY. PUTTING OFFENSIVE KW ON A CARRIER. SLAVING RAILGUNS AND GAUSS CANNON TO THE SAME FC. PUTTING IN A COMPLETELY POINTLESS C-ECCM WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE ECCM. PUTTING ECCM ON A CARRIER. PUTTING MORE RANDOM MISSILES ON A CARRIER, EATING UP MAGAZINE SPACE THAT COULD BE USED TO REARM THE FIGHTERS.
At least the AS is almost acceptable.
But yes, no offense, but those don't look like they're old and obsolete, they look like you hired a team of particular dull chimps to design ships intended to fail in the most spectacular manner possible. Old doesn't equate to completely worthless in battle; a fleet composed of those ships likely wouldn't even see what killed it.
Low range, low deployment time. They can't see anything, they can't go anywhere, and they'll fall apart practically as soon as they leave orbit.
