If I have to message him, or allow his allies to message him, telling him to get his night action in, it's a prod. I'm not even counting when I waited without PMing.

One prod and the replace is set in stone.  As such the question is the second prod.  The choices are:

One prod + replace = C rank (when added to what is already there)

2 prods + replace = D rank

i agree that if you are prodded by your teammates its just as bad as a mod prod.
