For the record, we need the next quarter to start before any new S ranks can come in (since you need 2 quarters as an A rank to do it)

I like how Pandar is an S rank. He is very active, and doesn't afraid of anything.

S ranks require that they meet the requirements of an A- rank.  As such, two formal prods is enough to knock one out of S.

Though make a note that the prod rules are a bit more relaxed.  If they miss a 24 hour requirement by a few hours it's not formal.

On the prodding issue, I prod on-demand after 24 hours for the day. At night, if I feel the night's been going too long, I'll request an action, but not prod. If they don't action, their fault

You CAN prod at 24 hours, but the overall trend seems to be leaning towards it being 'removed' if the person posts within a few hours after. 

Btw, NO 'getting back' at someone because of what they did to you.  Last thing we need is revenge punishments. 

Btw, remember Org that the whole Prod thing ended in your favor: the prod was removed completely.
