[Lord Nightmare]

Idea for a DF T-shirt:
Front of T-shirt has the two sparring dwarves from the intro movie on the breast pocket.
Back of t-shirt has a big yellow C(bronze colossus) on it, and the lolcat-font(black-bordered white font) text: "Im in ur fortress, killin ur dorfs"
Optionally, the back could be a 3x3 or 5x5 ascii area with the gold C in the center, and of the surrounding 8 tiles at least two(one if 5x5) have dead dwarves(smileys) and others may have cats, blood splats, barrels, entrails, etc on them.

Any comments? Improvements? Flames?

That makes it totally worth the effort.  I would suggest instead (since I hate T-shirts with pockets) a big yellow 'C' on the front and on the back have the "i'M in ur fortz killin ur dorfz lolz!!111eleventyone1!!!"

The "in ur ___" meme is completely overused and not many of them are very funny.
It's a shame, considering how funny it was in the original images on the original site.

Toady's said quite a few times he wants nothing to do with the logistics of producing or shipping merchandise.

So who would do these?    I have a few books on silk-screening but there's no way I'd drop about two hundred dollars on setting it all up for a ~50 shirt run.  Which means I'd need a cut of the profits- so unless we charge like 25 dollars a shirt, there'd be no way for anyone to get much cash out of this.

But hey, if raising donation money is a secondary or even tertiary goal after having a DF shirt, contact me and I might consider it.

Man, I'd love a (couple of) DF T-shirts. One for actually wearing, and one for nerdily showing to my less nerdy friends. Though personally I'd prefer it if it had as little text as possible... maybe just 'losing is fun' or something somewhere.
