For me to upload it, I need to redownload the Stalinist Comrade Squad and re-compile it. I also have to find some sort of stable download host so I won't have to reupload it over and over.

Yes, the Stalinists have a win condition, similar to that of the Arch-Conservatives wanting to form the Confederate States of America.
