So we who have defeated the fort get 600 credits total.
However, I recommend that we get less. Perhaps 100 for defeating the fort, and 100 for the final mission. Perhaps, even, only 100 for the fort. We already have skills and equipment, and the newbies don't - they need the money to be at least sort of even with us. Otherwise, we'll walk in all wielding immense enhanced Vulcan autocannons with depleted uranium bullets and slaughter everyone while the newbies futilely plink at the enemy with their micropistols. Of course that's an exaggeration, but still.

EDIT: Also. Newbies, I would think that with the large amount of money you have, you should be able to buy yourselves some mortars. Not that many, actually, you don't need a lot of mortars. One or two would be fine. What you need is a ludicrous quantity of shells, so you can bombard the enemy over and over and over and over again. For myself, I will buy a bunch of grenades. Nothing like the smell of high explosive in the morning. Mmmm.

Yeah, lose some of the sniper ammo. Yay, +1 aiming Headgear! Now I have a minimum of 5 on sniping rolls and a max of...23! if my math is correct.

Oh, okay. Well, that just means Derm would only get 10 boxes of ammo, but that's still 200 sniper rounds... way more than enough. Perhaps you're right that I should reduce the amount... Just 200 credits seems rather low however... Maybe I'll give 300 credits all around (newbies get 300 credits for starting, current players get 200 for final battle and 100 for clearing fort). The current players would still have the advantage over the newbies, but it would be more balanced out...

Okay, so I guess we're going with 300 then. That cuts your available funds in half then Derm. Taking Legendary Sniper and Skilled Camoflauge costs 200 CR, so if you still want those you have 100 CR left to spend.

I still have no idea what that costs so if its too much take out the level in observer, then camo if its still too much.

Previously, our sniper rounds were .308-caliber. Now they are listed as .303 caliber. Have our rounds changed, or will we have to discard them and buy new ones?
What does "Fire" mean? M, S, AS-something? Is that the fire rate?
What do adrenaline and norepinephrine do?
Why would you buy a medical kit when you can get the components for free (I assume ---- means free)? Is the medical kit more compact? What advantages would this entail, carrying more meds without encumberment?
What do you mean by "sanguine"? One meaning is bloodred. That seems unlikely; the color would be a weird thing to list in equipment lists. "Bloodthirsty" seems like a more likely choice, but that seems strange, for armor to be bloodthirsty. Another is "confident, optimistic", which is just downright strange. Same with "chivalric", what's up with that?
Does the tinfoil hat do anything, other than protect you from the government/alien's evil mind beams?
Is the pricing assumed to be generally accurate and informative of quality? Some of the equipment seems rather strange; I can't imagine why a military supplier would carry full plate mail. Is the chivalric plate actually significantly more effective than the juggernaught armor? In this universe, will charging military in plate mail, carrying a broadshield and sword, have any efficacy, or is that there as a sort of joke (like the tinfoil hat)? It seems to me that you would be riddled with bullets or blown to pieces long before you managed to get near the enemy...
Wikipedia tells me that plate armour is better than normal armour, just hugely expensive, and Wikipedia is always right! Heh. But anyway, apparently also ceramic is better than plate... but whatever, reality has no place here. So what's its effectiveness?
Napalm grenades set things on fire, right? What do sheer grenades do?
Does the presence of the frag mine and claymore imply that we will be defending a position? Or will there be some way to use them in attacking? I can't quite see that, because the enemy would see you putting them down and they wouldn't just walk on them... and in real life it would take quite a while, probably. But maybe in-universe it will work?
What is characteristic of the Juggernaught armor? Does it do anything special, like staunch bleeding or something, or is it just better armor?

Sniper rounds have always been .303, I think. Meh. .303, .308, they're they same thing essentially. No, you don't have to buy new stuff.
"Fire" is the fire rate. M is manual (one shot/round) S is semiautomatic (3 shots/round) and A is automatic (x shots/round, were x is the number listed). SA weapons can be fired on either Semiautomatic or Automatic. I originally had plans to make Semiauto more accuracy than Auto, but I kinda ditched that.
Adrenaline lets you ignore wounds, essentially (you can still die, but don't suffer penalties to your rolls from being near-death) while norepinephrine increases your accuracy slightly.
Medical Kit used to be cheaper than buying the individual components. I'm not sure how they got messed up. Oh well. Yes, it is more compact too, compressing 3 Small items into a single Medium item(equivalent to 2 Smalls).
Sanguine is the name of the company that manufactures those weapons, just like Veld-2 or G.N.. Chivalric is just a descriptor for what essentially amounts to medieval knight equipment.
No, the Tinfoil Hat only protects you from government and/or alien mind beams.
Yes, pricing should generally be indicative of quality. Juggernaught Armor is probably better than the platemail if you plan on using a gun, but if you want to use melee weapons then it could be worthwhile. Hint: The Chivalric equipment is a set (and, no, physics doesn't work that way in real, but this is my game, so I say it does).
Napalm grenades 'set things of fire' in that they do a lot of damage to people, but not objects, and do continuous damage in a small area.
Shear grenades rip things to shreds, doing a ton of damage to just about everything. Hence, they shear stuff.
Mines can be used offensively if you set them by a door and lure people through them. Think Fallout 3 if you've played it.
Juggernaught Armor is to Tactical Vests as Tactical Vests are to Bulletproof Vests. It doesn't staunch bleeding, it's just really good.

An observer level would actually cost more... $70 as opposed to $45(The Legendary Sharpshooter is $155 by itself)

Legendary Sniper, Skilled Camoflauge, Covert Sniper + 4 Boxes (80 Rounds + your 10 Hollowpoint or 100 Rounds if you sell the hollowpoint and buy standard) + Revolver and Ammo = $300 even. Did you want that?

Hmmm, all right.
Why is the Juggernaught better if you're using a gun? Is it more effective at long-range but ineffective at short-range?
I haven't played Fallout 3, but it's not really like this. In the last fort, for example, we were on the offensive. The enemy was heavily entrenched, behind sandbags, and they never moved forward, or at all. So we would not be able to lure them...

Battering ram
Breaching rounds (also known as Hatton rounds) for shotguns
Smoke/flash grenades
Tear gas grenades
Anti-matériel weapons

You can't go slow with the ammo. It's automatic, not SA. If I understand this correctly, you will be forced to fire 72 shots per round.
