What does town IC do?

Similar to the Mafia IC, but for the Town.  They help townies in learning how to hunt, what to do in certain situations, and generally how to play like good Town players. 

The Town IC isn't told who the mafia are, so they are free to give direct advice like "that looked scummy" or "push them harder" or "here's how to defend".
