Yes, Sir, you will be the one to write the flavor text.  In fact, you are handling everything the host handles.  I'm more behind the scenes to help you out (hopefully more than in the last game.. good thing the Glyph and the ICs are capable, because I dropped the ball there completely :/).  You decide the roles and who gets them.  You set up the deadlines and run the day/night cycles.  You keep the rules in check.  And yes, you write the flavor text.
 
Note that you don't have to write as much as what you see in other games.  You can keep it short and sweet, or just go off the wall.  Just make sure that the flavor doesn't have a real impact on the game.

I'm perfectly fine with having more than one IC, though you'll need to decide whether you'll want to focus on the town or mafia.  If 'being IC' includes managing the other IC then that's fine as well.

It was a joke... I'm confident that Org will act mature enough to give impartial advice from what he has learned and experienced so far.
