Besides scrolling, why not be able to narrow the results by typing in part of the command like you can in Fortress mode with orders?

This isn't really an 'overhaul', this has already been suggested and I think has been slated as planned, and threads don't really need to be bumped two hours after being posted.

Maybe a better idea would be to have the parts listed like so:

Left arm
etc
Then you press enter on it and it expands to a list of enemy parts:

Then that expands into actions:
