No, no.  You have to goad them into asking for cybersex; say yes, wait for them to say a single line, then say you're a middle-aged, balding man and ask them if it's okay.

You're on your own if they say it is, though....

I have no experience playing it, but it seems like you have to put a lot of effort into it for practically nothing.  First, just about all the other players are annoying to deal with.  Second, you can't do very much with low level skills, so you have to grind.  Third, most skills only work together, so you have to grind for, at the bare minimum, a handful of skills.

Even if I decided to dedicate enormous amounts of time to reaching higher levels, I still doubt that they're satisfactory at all, especially compared to other games, like roguelikes.  I can play those games much faster, without having any annoying people around, all for free.

Yea, grinding for skills is too much like what I do in real life to be entertaining.

well, nothing is free.

The only really harsh grind is in the 90-99 region. If skillups seem slow at first its only because you have yet to get access to the really speedy grinding techniques. That sounds bad i know but after a point things speed up considerably. All the skills intermesh nicely, none more than agility. Faster stamina recharge and slews of shortcuts all over the world.

I dont play anymore but i know a guy who went p2p for a while. Most of the skills are superficial because you can buy everything cheaper than it would be to make it by hand. 99 cooking? sure youll burn sharks like.. 3% less, not really worth it. Except that you will do so much cooking in your career that it will add up to level 99 anyway.

Its only a grind if you set out specifically to grind to the end. If you view it as a series of steps instead of staring at the horizon, its less of a grind and more of a journey. I find that applies to many games, including DF. Copperblazes wasnt built in a day!

MyLittlePonyBuiltMyHotRod, this is your first warning. I would like to direct you to read our forum's FAQ and posting guidelines before posting again. Specifically we don't use swear words here, and your picture of Stalin riding a Year3 Limited Edition Starflower inside a German concentration camp was both upsetting and historically inaccurate.

No, i will not, that would be plain stupid being cross towards myself, not to discourage donating, but it's volantery gifts, and therefor the game is still free.

Edit: and thanks for reminding me that I really should donate.

That's only generally speaking. There are some games that are all 3, like gate88.

I didn't think Gate 88 was very good, but at least it was original which, I guess, counts for something. I didn't feel it was worth the price, but then I don't really like that kind of game.
