Haika, I believe Grek is trading with the planet locals, not with other players.

Yep this is what I was confused about from the first post, but it's all good. Trade it is.

Added you to the wait list. :)

Are the animals already dead?
Craft Attempt:
If not, kill 3 Neon Crabs and attempt to use the Chitin as a fuel link cable between the chainsaw and the Fuel Barrel.
Put all the extra stuff remaining from the crabs in storage.

They arn't dead yet, but you deffinately can make them so to use the parts. Chitin to cable craft action comming up. Going to keep your lobster and the other live crabs? or put them in storage as well?

Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends, but what would be the point?

Darn! My greenhouse is ruined.  :'(

I will trade my glass box and mulch and anything that anyone else wants trade. I will also buy some bio-engeneering equipment from the ship. The sort you would use to rear large batches of tiny crustateans and cross them with things.
You purchase your equipment, and the ship supplies you with a segmented breeding aquarium with an increased time rate growth area to speed up the growth of whatever you try to engineer inside. [bioengineering +1]
attempt: 8
You head out into the ocean with the attempt to find sentient life and trade them some of your plant-based creations. However, this ocean is vast, and before long a sudden change in the bannana colored current pushes you around and you find yourself lost at sea.
+ !lost! no craft action allowed during the next turn.
+8 trade exp

I'll get the necklace from group storage and go in search of beings to trade with.
attempt: 19
You manage to claim the necklace from storage, but heading out into the waves proves just as futile as Yu's search. You however make it back to the ship at the end of the day, tired but safe.
+19 trade exp

Are the animals already dead?
Craft Attempt:
If not, kill 3 Neon Crabs and attempt to use the Chitin as a fuel link cable between the chainsaw and the Fuel Barrel.
Put all the extra stuff remaining from the crabs in storage.
attempt: 33
Killing three of your newly caught crabs, you butcher them, and toss the unused pieces into group storage along with your other live crabs. The sight is rather amuzing as pieces of crab get tossed this way and that. Finally retrieving the five usable pieces of chitin, you examine them with the intent on connecting them together to make a fuel link between your oil barrel and your chainsaw. However the chitin is small with jagged edges, and you can't seem to wrap your head around a good way to connect them together for your purpose.
+ 33 bonecrafting exp
+ inventory change(2 personal slots left, added some to group)

Craft. Make a sawblade out of the chitin.
attempt: 73-10+1=62
quality: 54
base influence: 70+54=124
Taking two pieces of your blue scorpion chitin, you offset the jagged edges and use your power to carefully fuse along the touching sides. The result is a single long piece of crafted chitin with one smooth side, and one sharp cutting side. Effectively a chitin sawblade.
+62 bonecrafting exp
+124 crafting influence
+ blue chitin sawblade !base influence: 124!

Try making the silken conveyor belt again.
attempt: 9+20=29
As you roll out your bolt of silk to try to make it into a conveyor once more, you nearly let it physically touch some of the plasma in group storage. Only your crafting reflexes and innate instincts let you notice and stop before disaster is created. You decide to wait on building this particular item until your luck is a little bit better.
+29 silkcrafting exp (~!Levelup!~)

Craft a glass jewel out of a small pile of green rocks.
attempt: 27+20+6+2=55
quality: 22
base influence: 94+22=116
Yet one more pile of green rock is pulverised into sand for glassmaking purposes. This time using your forge and equipment you merely condense the glass into a small hardened form. Pressing further and further upon the glass until the layers of material fuse into a single clear gemstone. The item may not sparkle as much as a polished stone, but the raw green stone is hard, and a light green color gives it a nice reflective sheen.
+55 glassmaking exp (~!Levelup!~)
+116 crafting influence
+ tiny green gemstone !base influence: 116!

Quite a bit of fail in this turn, luckily this isn't the last day of the world, or Grek would be in trouble. Let's hope he can manage a non-crit fail this next turn.

also note that since the wait list has reached the end of the next cycle, those playing will be added after this cycle is finished, if they respond and wish to be returned to the list. Anyone posting and joining in between now and the end of the cycle will be added to the end normally, current players will be added ONLY when the cycle is finished, so as to keep new blood circulating.

However, this list can change, if anyone is lost the first wait list member gets the choice of joining in on what's left of the cycle. As I am going to be a nice GM and allow an end world lost character to return, at the bottom of the wait list. Influence will be paid to return your creator to the ship, as well as the wait time, but other things like skills and items will be preserved.

Actually could I rectify my join to something:
If it's possible for me to get in both next round and next-next round (e.g. few players), I will do that.
If I can only get in one because of high demand, I choose next-next round.

If that's too finicky, I'll just sign up for next-next round, thanks!

Well, better now than when I might end up in cycle *4* or *5*, 3 will have to do.

So, I wiould like to join.

Craft. Seeing as I can't saw something without a handle I craft one out of my last piece of blue chitin. Is this allowed? Will change if not.
