To Phantom:

You will get the chainsaw after I'm done with it. Trying to highpower it with plasma first.

I will craft the plasma I found into a stable mini-sun growing lamp.

@Rashilul: Can you craft a glass box for me? I will trade you a plant of your choice or my 100 quality purpleness if you can.

You said I could have the chainsaw last time when you tried replicating it.

That I did, until I saw that you changed your action. After that we came to this star and I figured if I can procure some of that nigh-infinite energy source we won't need your oil to power this chainsaw. Then I figured I mod the chainsaw some more, but when I'm done with it you will have it, no worries.

Can't say in what state though.

World Difficulty: 100, Outside the viewpoint... is a star. Arcs of plasma regularly blast from the surface, and the massive amounts of energy radiating from the area repeatedly rock the ship, but it is stable.

Try making the conveyor belt again, and focus on that and don't look outside.
attempt: 25+20=45
Keeping your eyes on the task as hand, unfortunately dosen't seem to increase results. Maybe working with cloth isn't your strong point.
+45 silkcrafting exp

Try gather some plasma stuff from the inside of the star, in regions such as the core. Risky business, but it can and will be very valuable + useful.

I find this amusing and it really interest me and as such, I will do so.
attempt: 10+20+3=33(again, no need for specific difficulty)
You wrap yourself in your power once more and head out into the blazing plasma. However you cannot stay long as you feel your power weaken due to overuse, and you are forced to return.
+33 gather exp

Go Gather some material from the star
attempt: 75+1=76
quality: 66
quantity: 48-66=1
Walking out onto the star with your shroud of power, you decide to gather something of a different sort than what the others have collected in plasma. The surface of the star is molten, so guiding your powers you sink down into the upper crust of the star to get a the denser and more powerful starcore. You don't make it quite that far, but you do stumble upon a pocket of Chromium vapor. Gathering some up you use your powers to seperate it from the heat of the sun, causing the vapor to quickly condense into liquid, and eventually solid form. By the time you are done, you manage to have a good sized block of solid chromium about the size of 30 gallon aquarium.
+76 gather exp(~Levelup!~)
+ 1 chromium block(approx 30 gallon solidified volume)[Notes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromium]

Buy a glass furnace and use a small pile of green rocks to make a magnifying glass.
Exchanging some of your collected influence by asking the ship for a piece of equipment, you obtain a shiny new glass furnace, that you quickly put to use.
attempt: 96+20+3+1=120(egads man, heh)
quality: 59
base influence: 12+59=71
Channeling power into the furnace you grab another pile of green rocks and start melting the stone into a glass. The circular lens you produce powerfully magnifys anything beyond it, from the slight curve you carve into one side. The edges of the small two inch radius disk are smoothed and bulge slightly as a makshift handle. This allows the glass to be held in the hand, or easily be fitted into another piece of equipment for further crafting.
+240 glassmaking exp!!!!(~levelup!~)
+142 crafting influence
+ Smooth glass magnifying lens(x10 magnification) !base influence: 71!

Gather/Explore the closest moon/planet/asteroid.
attempt: 20+1=21
You head outside the ship and look into the sky. The idea of power jumping to the nearest celestial object comes into your head, and you spend a few hours trying and falling back to the molten surface before your power weakens, and you retreat to the ship before the shroud fails.
+21 gather exp(~levelup!~)

I will craft the plasma I found into a stable mini-sun growing lamp.
attempt: 84
quality: 68
base influence: 88+68=156
Noticing the bars of iron that Elias added to the group inventory, you take one and melt it into a container to hold a ball of your plasma. The metal directs the light into a concentrated beam, and a flexable pipe stand lets you adjust the distance and angle.
+84 furniture crafting exp
+156 crafting influence
- 1 unit dark red-sun plasma
+ 1 iron based, red plasma lamp !base influence: 156!

Craft. While I failed to gather more sources of energy the plasma will do. What I'm going to create is a fully functional fusion reactor the size of the chainsaw engine. I will create it out of the solid grey fluid but I won't replace it with the chainsaw engine just yet. This will go to my inventory. The modded fuel tank for plasma has to wait.

Nope sorry.

WHAT THE HELL.

Smelt the remaining lime rock into chains, which I will use on the barrel of fuel to make it like a flamethrower tank, except without the flamethrower and screaming enemies.

Fine. I'll just make the silk belt at a later date.  >:(
Create an ornate wooden block, large enough to support my previous experiments, and possibly decorate it to make it pretty or elegant. Use a divine and electric/lighting theme.

What about extending the cycle length? Looking at the grand scale of work here and the high level caps, 10 worlds seem, well, a bit short.

If I may be so bold, you can always return at the third cycle, without losing any equipment/inventory. I think there are several persons, including me, who'd wish the time was a bit shorter so they could try this themselves.
