Put everything except the bars in group inventory
Split bar stack, keeping 10 (Could you guys ask for permission before using my bars? I'm planning to use all of them)
Make a platinum medal stating "Awesomest Gatherer Award 2010-2011" on one line and "Winner: Cheddarius The Mighty, King of Kings" on the second. Under it will be a to-scale picture of a tiny giraffe, while next to it I stand, gleefully flailing my enormous genitals in evident pride.
attempt: 78-10=68
quality: 20
base influence: 93+20+22(bar)=135
Putting everything you don't need, and any platinum you can't carry into group storage, you turn to your creation. Heating your hands to red hot nature, you begin to mold the first platinum bar into the shape of a medal. The final object is roughly a rounded rectangle depecting your words, animal, and flailing genitalia. There is a small hole at the top for a necklace of some sort. It may make absolutely no sense to anyone but you, but the item is pretty at least.

+67 crafting influence
+ platinum genitalia medal !Base influence: 135!
- platinum bar !Base influence: 44!
Note: full inventory.

In that case, I'll hatch the egg first
attempt: 27
Try as you might, nothing you do seems to make this egg react. Maybe you just arn't trying enough? Either that or your missing a vital clue. One thing is for sure, nothing your doing right now is making any change.
+27 Enhanced Incubation exp

I'll carve the tourmaline into some generic mechanisms.
attempt: 17+20=37
You place some of your power into a circular pattern, and spin it, making a sort of buzz-saw light saber in your left hand. Holding the tourmaline steady in your other you just barely graze the crystal, and part of it shatters, throwing tiny chips everywhere. You quickly stop to replan, before you shatter the whole of your workable material.
+37 gemstone cutting exp

try again
Quote
Craft a Ceramic pot
attempt: 14+20=34
The Pot just dosen't seem to want to go for you, maybe there's a lack of material in your mud, or something in the way it was being made, but you need to rethink your pottery attempts.
+34 pottery exp

I engrave a picture of Cheddarius crying horribly on a black bear bone.
attempt: 69+1=70
quality: 37
base influence: 39+37+31(bone)=107
Taking a large flat hip bone from the pile of black bear bones you begin to engrave your image. That being a picture of Cheddarius the Gatherer, crying over a bad gather attempt. You think you got the head and shoulders correct, but the body shape might be a bit... artistic. Either way, people who know him should recognize who it's meant to be.
+70 bone engraving exp(~Levelup!~)
+53 crafting influence
+ Crying Cheddarius Black Bear Bone !Base influence: 107!
- black bear bone !Base influence: 62!

Fair enough, I'll gather for more potential fire lizard food then. (It'll all go into group storage)
attempt: 86+10(lizards)-20(specifics for fire lizard food)=76
quality: 2
quantity: 39-2=37
The endless expanse of green grass seems void of any life, so you head out at a brisk trot, hoping to find some sort of creature or fish that might make good fire lizard food. You might have missed the tiny cave if not for Dragnar cheeping at you and leading the way. At the entrance you see the tell tale sign of some sort of nocturnal occupant, bat or the like. The guano is filled with insects and creatures living off the droppings. Your lizards happily gorge themselves on some cricket-like silver ants, and you decide that some of them would work nicely. You gather up a good two dozen of the creatures, enough to feed at least a couple more of the fire lizard hatchlings, and upon returning to the ship, you place the bounty into group storage.
+38 gather exp(~levelup!~)
+2 gather influence
+ 30 units of white cricket ants !Base influence: 76!

Glad the swinging genitalia brings more people to enjoy the game. :) Check the first page for an updated waiting list.

New turn for everyone, funny how mostly the two smacktalk crafts are the main creations this turn. Onward to day 3 on this world.

As always, check for errors.

I could have known a burning egg needs a red nest. Craft a nest from the grass, put anything I don't need anymore in group storage.

I train my fire lizards to help me with crafting as in collecting tools, heating things, etc. I use my redfin fish as rewards for doing things well (craft)

Even though with the current waiting list, I expect to never be able to get into this game, but sign me up.

Diadus the Crafter.

At this rate, I'll end up playing in the summer, when there's nothing to do :D

On the bright side, by the time some of these people get their turns, they'll have lost interest or discovered they're busy with other things. So maybe it'll be four months instead of six.  :P
