Patience grasshopper. I've not been feeling well this weekend, so haven't updated the games as often as I have been. I will get to it eventually, by Monday at the latest.

I will gather again.
attempt: 19+20+2=41
The marshy swamps hold onto their secrets for one more day, your search finding nothing worthy of bringing back. At least you return to the ship with little issue.
+20 gather exp

I shall try again, in a better space.
attempt: 97+20=117
quality: 31
base influence: 86+31+18(lotus)=135
Finding a suitably large area to work in, you begin to adjust the genetics of the giant lotus. The roots of the plant are the most viable source of change to achieve what you want. Thickening them, and giving them the ability to straighten and slacken seems easy enough. You even manage to grow a leafy hand rail along the lily pad that the lotus was growing from. The whole thing has a newly created pressure bulb up at the top of the flower, grasped lightly the whole of the twenty foot long roots straighten and push the pad up to it's full length.
+234 Botanic Engineering exp!(~Levelup!~)
+135 crafting influence
- giant lotus plant !Base influence: 36!
+ giant lotus lift !Base influence: 135!

I would like to hatch the egg, but don't want to screw up... So I will try some basic hatching knowledge first, and I'll need practice eggs... Claim a nautilus and make it younger, until it becomes an egg again!

Craft an egg from a nautilus.
attempt: 3
Claiming one of the nautili from group storage, you begin to practice your time fluxuation. At first nothing happens, so you increase the flow, a slight shimmering bubble appears around the creature, and it seems to be getting smaller and smaller. You are pleased at your success and keep it up, failing to notice that the bubble seems to be changing size, fluxuating in and out. Frowning, you strain to hold on to the control of your power, the time around the creature jumping back and forth, switching quickly from adult, to elder, to youth, to baby, to egg, to fossil, to adult, to... to... At about this point the bubble exploded and a sharp alarm ringed about the ship. After a few moments the force field the ship threw up around you fades releasing you back to normal. A metalic voice rings around your work area. damage to the Agalia, intentional or not is disallowed. Payment in the form of 90 influence will be deducted. As the sound fades, you notice that there is no sign of the shellfish creature, and only a slight film of dust on your fingers.
+3 time manipulation exp
-90 influence

I'll name my dragons Dragnar for the Blue and Scylla for the Green. Aesthetic reasons only.

I claim the Swamp water and Purify it all. Craft it into pure water I guess.
attempt: 25
Gathering up the swamp water you plan to clean it of all impurities. However, the thought strikes you that it would be a huge waste of biological material and micro-sized life. Torn between this knowledge and the desire for some clean water, you spend the day debating with yourself and nothing gets done.
+25 distiling exp

Reforge the blade and the Hilt to be one part
attempt: 42+20=62
quality: 55
base influence: 63+55+49(hilt)+65(blade)=232
Taking another try at assembling the katana might be a good idea. With a little extra work on the extended part of the blade, you are able to put things together. The sword is a little short, but the blade fit well into the hilt.
+62 katana assemby exp(~Levelup!~)
+116 crafting influence
- leather wrapped katana hilt !Base influence: 99!
- copper alloy Katana blade !Base influence: 130!
+ shiny copper alloy katana !Base influence: 232!

BUTCHER the nautalius.
attempt: 100 :o
quality: 57
base influence: 75+57+18(nautilus)=150
Glowing like a chef possessed, your fingertips emit a bright blue stream of lightsaber-like power. Tossing the nautilus up in the air, your arm moves impossibly fast. Pieces of shellfish drop in neat little piles before you. finally the empty shell falls down to rattle slowly to a stop.
+200 Seafood Dissection exp(~Levelup!~)
+150 crafting influence
- nautilus (alive) !Base influence: 37!
+ nautilus shell !Base influence: 150!
+ about 90 small smooth nautilus tentacles !Base influence: 150!
+ 1 flat nautilus hood !Base influence: 150!
+ 1 nautilus jet !Base influence: 150!
+ 2 nautilus eyes !Base influence: 150!
+ 3ltr nautilus body ichor !Base influence: 150!
Note: Full Inventory, the ichor falls into group storage.

As the last creator finishes their work, the portal closes to the mushroom swamp, and the slight jerk of the floor indicate the movement of the ship to a new world.

What would happen if someone put the nautalius back together? Would it's influence be:

?+Q+450?

?=Part of equation I don't know
Q=Quality of the check
450=Base quality of the parts of the nautalius.

Than you could take the thing apart again and the lowest amount each part could be would be 226 than you put it back together for:

?+Q+678
Ect ect ect?

As nice as that sounds, you only get half the influence for putting pieces together, and when butchering you won't normally get all the items, as some would get destroyed in the process. But he did roll a perfect 100, so every last piece was seperated neatly.

With the continuing lack of decent supplies, I'll once again give my creation to group storage and tolerate some side project.

I'll take a unit(up to 5 if that much is required) of that giant mass of mud and muck and manipulate it's molecular structure to form a crystal of the most common elements, and arrange the rest in such a way as to cause veins of impurities on the inside that refracts and colours light passing through in an artistic manner.
