I know how terrible you must feel. You must feel alienated, hurt, and all alone in the world.

You may feel demoralized, like there is no tomorrow, but let me tell you, even when their is no hope in the world, the sun will continue to rise and set, the birds will continue to migrate, and most importantly, your heart will continue to beat.

Having a terrible burden inside of you is painful, I know, and you know what I do when I feel like you do? I cry.

Yes, I think you should have a good cry. Go find yourself some place nice, and cry there until you feel all better.

You might be hesitant to do so, but let me tell you, it's alright to cry, you know why?

Because no one is judging you.

When you feel all better, I want you to pat yourself on the back, you deserve it.

Just remember, that no matter what, it's all right.

After a certain point in my life, I sort of stopped crying. I cannot bring myself to tears anymore, neither alone nor among others. In the last 3 years, I have only cried about three times and for the same reason, more or less.
