Xcon:Scout the surroundings from the rooftop. What are the surrounding buildings?

Xcon: TO the North, Northwest, and Northeast, there is a road.
To the west, there is a gas station. Several abandoned cars are there. To the east, is a gun store. It seems it was mostly cleaned out.
South is a river. Same with the Southeast and Southwest.

Xcon:Look for a rooftop passageway to the gun store, if there is none head out and sneak into the gun store, glock at the ready.

XCOM: Find a pole so you can keep one zombie at bay at a time, while shooting or hacking at it with the other hand.

Xcon: Pole? What the hell? That won't do anything.
You exit the building and head east. You enter the Gun Shop. Looks like it was looted, but you manage to find about 30 9x19mm Parabellum bullets and a Glock clip. You find a a Springfield rifle.

Officer: Raid S.Q.A.T. for some special weapons and armour.

Xcon: Find a shield, preferably a riot police shield, but levering off the door to a car would probably be fairly effective and even a humble garbage bin lid should be sufficient to knock a zombie out of your way...

XCOM: Do not bother trying to carry around a car door. Seriously? Way too heavy. Garbage can lid is nice if you want a zombie to grab it and take it away from you. Any shield you strap to your arm is a liability. And I don't see why a pole against a zombie's chest wouldn't stop it from coming closer. What kind of zombies are these?

Xcon: The Clip has no bullets! The Parabellum rounds are for various Handguns! Go research weapons because I'm gonna get complicated with the guns! You barely know how to use a gun, so you loose three bullets in the process. You can't find the bullets. The zombies are ordinary zombies. You have to be dead for the infection to work.  The infection seems to prevent your body from decaying so that's why they have Revival Syringes.

Officer: Huh? All the S.W.A.T. units took all their gear. You Remember the two Riot Officers upstairs, Richards and Watson. Detective Holmes went west towards a Company facility.

Look around for any notes, like "Meet me at the Frugal Building" or something.

Find a gas station for a map of the city.
