I'm going to arbitrarily decide that going to sleep early can save at most two hours per person, and that a bed has a quality multiplier between 0.5 and 2.0.

It is assumed that you sleep/rest when not working. You have 3 work-hours left.

Building a bed will take at least four hours for anything better than the ground.
(That is, the already collected bedding on the ground, since you can sleep on it without a bed, just with a 0.5 multiplier. And the 0.1% None bedding only applies when there IS a bed.)
