As stated in the original post, everyone gets a week. It's hardly been a single day yet.

Well if COD players all have ADHD, and Minecrafters autism, then what do DF players all have?

Sorry  ;D.

By the way, all the menus flash a ton whenever I view the unit list or anything else.

On my upload, presumably? I've got a Mac, actually, so I couldn't check to make sure I packaged it correctly, but I've done this before with other saves and it's worked fine; could someone else download the file and confirm?
Also, it seems that you tried to upload a picture or something, but obviously it's not showing up.

Fixed the flashing, I just took the init.txt file from my normal game and overwrote the one on the JackBolt file.

Ah, that would probably be an issue with my graphical refresh rate settings or something to that effect. Sorry 'bout that.

Looks like the fortress is doing fine. :-)

I wonder though, why was the archer training moved into the inner yard. Are the military tower upper floors now used for some other purpose?

And another question. Are those little brown things in the entrance room the beds for military?

I moved the barracks to the tower yes. I was planning on upping the number of marksdwarves we had, so I constructed additional facilities. I added hammerdwarves to the military instead of narksdwarves, so they just sit there.

I see. Though personally I never put beds in barracks, there have been reports of dwarves getting too much broken limbs if there are beds in the sparring area.

ya, they actually can dodge into objects and it slows down their reactions, letting them get hit more without blocking.
