If you don't know how Etherpad works, just be assured that all you need to do is click on that link and start reading. Please don't edit the document, though, since I can't be online all the time to go and reset it. Feel free to post comments on the integrated Etherpad comment thingy, since I find that IRC is a much more efficient way to discuss this sort of thing.

Be forewarned though, it might not all make sense since we were all talking and typing at the same time, so some things might not be explained or even make sense in-context. But you can get the general gist of it, so don't worry.
