This movie is so long, my asscrack got numb.
Still got nothing on Lord of the Rings, that's the ass-number amongst ass-numbers.
One movie to numb them all.

You knew how frigging long it was before watching it!!!  So stop bitching!

If you didn't know... Check that before going to a movie.

NEVER buy a game based off of a movie UNLESS you specifically hear that it is good. Movie Games never warent a assumption of quality.

So I am going to say that the Avatar game is bad and I will have a overwhelming chance of being correct.

I saw the avatar movie on sunday in 3D IMAX, and really have no idea what people are complaining about. The story's riveting, although it's not like it's been done before. However, this time it was done right. The special effects are the best i've ever seen, and it really wouldn't have worked if it was any shorter. Anyway. Great movie.

So who is the first one to buy the game as an example so he can tell other people the game is bad?

I think that video game designers should get out a handheld camera and throw together a hastily made movie "tie-in" with all of their games.  Perhaps that will stop the tie-in madness :P.

Games based of Movies are rarely good due to the shortened dev cycle.

From what i hear, the Avatar game is very meh, with bursts of 'what the fuck'.

Ya, you get to pick who you side with, and of course get different weapons and soforth.

I played an acquired copy for a bit, the company that did it is clearly good at what they do because there's actually potential for a pretty good game there, it's just painfully ovbious that it needs about another year or two worth of development.

So it's bad because they did a rush job?
Ugh. We need to kick the money-grabbers in the nuts.
Not buying the videogame is insufficient.

I can't say for certain if it's entirely because of the rush job, but from what i've seen there's the foundations for a perfectly good game there and it just needs about another year or two of development to actually finish it.
