EXP increases the amount of EXP you gain. LevelUp increases how many things you can Level every time you LevelUp.

Oh. So they're important, eh? Can you overshoot on EXP gain/level ups? Or it is like if you roll 11, you get 11 points to spend?

Either way, I should probably put more points into them...

You never overshoot LevelUp rolls, and you don't have any EXP rolls.
