Yet another Embark search

I need a flat area with goblins,flux, and multiple layers of soil, and preferably sand and magma, though those aren't that important

Search an ordinary large map on Magma Pipe + Flux + Low Drainage + No Aquifer + River.  That should get sand and multiple soil layers for you.

but I need it flat and I can't search that. I've been searching for this spot for a day and a half but it's so slow to do without help. please?

Specify low elevation as well, you'll get flat land.

Here is the one I generated for a test, in vanilla DF.  It is not 100% flat, but I am betting you can built what you need with that little bit of lower elevation along the north edge.  Just run the search I suggested and you should get the same site, I think.
