Do you mean the enormous corkscrew?

A weaponsmith can make one at a forge.

Try to be clearer with your questions. You'll get clearer answers.

If you're looking for enormous corkscrews, they can be made of wood at a carpenter's shop. Hitting tab with the shop selected will cycle through various window sizes, if "enormous wooden c" isn't enough to tell you what you're looking at.

If you are talking about a gear assembly, it requires stone mechanisms made at a mechanic's shop.

Enormous corkscrews can also be fashioned from glass (glass furnace) or metal (forge).
