I found a great site. It has magma, a chasm, a pit, HFS, GCS (confirmed by GCS webs. However. The magma pipe is somehow on top of the pit and the pit is open, so now I have a never ending supply of magma spilling across the plains onto my dwarves and going down a pit.

Edit: The magma seems to have run out or something because no more is coming. Problem is that it killed the GCS, there might be more, but it killed at least one, and a bunch of other pit monsters.

Yea, I know there is a movie of something very similar or exactly the same.

What version are you using Beanchubbs? Although having wierd worldgen settings could cause it to freak out for some reason.

Sometimes I have a feature fail where the embark shows that there is an UG pool, but upon embark there is none. Theres usually some olms where the feature should have been, but got eroded away and the game never said 'oops, not there anymore'.

I do use an older version, 39e. It's probably just that. I hadn't heard of this bug before. Don't ask me why I use 39e, I really don't know, I just do.

It was fixed in a version right after the one you are using, lol

Well, your save will work in a newer version too, if that's what's holding you back from updating.
