I would like to make another rule addendum.

You are now limited to the maximum of TEN Bunkers at any one time.

Build three Cities.

Precisely, though I would prefer if everyone spoiler'd their actions now. You don't have to, but it'd make it easier.

I will post the first turn tomorrow at the earliest, if everyone posts their turns within twelve hours.

Wait.. building a bunker takes 1 infrastructure and adds 1 permanent defence point. Choosing to defend takes 1 infrastructure and adds 1 temporary defence point. With no limit to bunkers, no special infrastructure rules for defence, and bunkers being built before any attacks hit... why would you ever use Defence?

ninja edit: ninja'd. Still no point defending when you don't expect to hit the bunker limit though.

/e: All right. Do the rules state that you can only either fire two WMDs, fire one WMD and build one bunker or build two bunkers?

Read Defense.

Allocating Infrastructure to an ACTUAL Defense "effort" creates a temporary Hard Point of Defense. I will, for your benefit, restate this only once.

"You may either make One Target and One Defense. Two Targets and Zero Defense. Or Two Defense and Zero Targets.

You can build as many bunkers as you want, as long as you have the Infrastructure for it.

An actual Defense "effort" is temporary, as I said, lasting that turn and creating a Hard Point of Defense for 1 Infrastructure.

I will try and add all of the new additions to the rules to the OP as I go, but I encourage you to both read everything concerning rules discussed, and reread the actual rules for good measure if you are unsure of something.

Chances are, It was already talked about, or has already been thought of. I bolded words to make some things clear when I wrote the rules.

Also for more clarity.

Once Five Players have been eliminated, the original number will double. THIS means that you can make 3 to 1 decisions and so on.

Once Ten players are eliminated, you may use all of your infrastructure as you see fit.

Also, unless I am missing something, factories either provide 1 infrastructure(Are they free to build?) or require 1 infrastructure to build.(Where does infrastructure come from?)

Factories take 1 Infrastructure to build. I think I actually added another addendum to Construction for that. If I didn't I'll add it to the OP now.

You can only build as many factories as your population allows. You have 1 Million to Each City.

Infrastructure comes from Factories. Factories equal 1 point of Infrastructure.

A Factory takes 1 Million people to maintain.

If a city is destroyed, and you have more factories than workable, than you can not get Infrastructure from the unmanned factories.
