Rules are as followed.
We need as many people as possible, with the cap set at fifteen slots. If we get more then we will possibly have to set up a larger round, for 'Fun'.

You must have a;
Name:
Think for a Nation. What is your Nation's name?
WMD:
(preferred, it doesn't matter, they all have the same effects, it just makes you stand out)
Color:
Addendum: All actions must be posted in your color. Only one player can have the chosen color. Forum code allows more than the listed colors, remember that.
Targeting and
Defenses:
Each turn you may select either ONE Target and hold ONE Defense.
TWO targets and ZERO defense.
Or TWO defenses and NO targets.
Defense is a temporary Hard Point that will deter a WMD. It will only last for that Turn you allocated Infrastructure to it.
Note: Bunkers stay put until they have been hit by a WMD. They are your only permanent Hard Points.
When five players have been eliminated, this number will double.
When Ten players have been eliminated, you may use all of your Infrastructure for All Out Attacks.
Industry and
Construction:
A City: 1 Million People. Takes 2 points of Infrastructure to Build.
A Factory: 1 'Point' of Infrastructure. Takes 1 Million people to Maintain. 1 Infrastructure to Build.
A Bunker: Takes a whole point of Infrastructure to build, adds a permanent Hard Point Defense until hit. You can only have TEN Bunkers at any one time.
A Launch Point: Takes a whole point of Infrastructure to prepare, fires one WMD.
WMDs:
Each WMD performs the same effect for simplicity. They Destroy ONE Structure (Launch Sites are not destroyable). If a Bunker is present in that nation, the Bunker is hit in place of that target. The rule applies for multiple Bunkers and multiple targets in one Nation. WMDs have no after effects, for simplicity. They destroy one Structure, absolutely. There is no way aside from a Hard Point of Defense to deter a WMD. It will destroy something in that Nation.
Resources:
Each Nation is SUPPLIED with 6 Cities, 6 Factories, and 3 Bunkers. More stomping power than the last game from awhile ago.
Subterfuge:
It is ENCOURAGED to backstab, ally, and meet in secret via COMMUNICATIONS with other Nations. You will do whatever possible politically to NOT lose this War. You can NOT survive without allies. You can also not survive WITH these allies. If the game ends in a stalemate, it shall continue for several turns until someone breaks the Pact. If no one does for however many Turns, then a swathe of nuclear winter wipes clean the board. A new, different game starts. This game will be explained and started in further detail afterwards.
Turns:
Each Turn takes Twelve to Twenty Four Hours. If everyone has completed their turn in TWELVE hours, the turn will be submitted at my behest. If not, then it will be extended that twelve hours and I will go to the next turn as soon as physically possible regardless if everyone has made their actions clear. In each Turn, it is advised to make use of all of your Infrastructure in one endeavor or another.
Implications:
"Wargames" is a simulation. You are at a large holographic table, seated with friends and or rivals. But in this game you are all rivals. There may be only one survivor. There are no winners. In Wargames, no one wins. Only lives. For what purpose will be explained at the end of the "Game". By the end of this game, you all might still be good friends. Or you might end up resenting each other for what you really are.
This game is a social experiment, to see if you as a community can still see each other the same way. It is encouraged that you all know each other in some limited fashion for this game to achieve the same effect. Which is why there are so many open slots, and why I may open more.
