[Qloos]

All great dwarf fortress stories take place on a glacier.  Why should I mess with a working formula?

• Story text will be denoted by being centered.
• You may customize your dwarf however you want, what labor he will or will not do and so forth.
• I will not be adding story exposition, I will simply be stating what happens in game. I'm going crazy and I encourage creative interpretation of events in the form of dialog.
• Unlike my last Community fortress, updates will be atleast once a day and once a week in game time.
• Any RFI, (requests for information.)  About what's going on in the fortress will be honored.

The group was formed, the other 6 unknown.  But one dwarf stood out without trade but with combat as her only skill.


Her only requests being a trident and a cow as those are comforts she won't leave without. . . I wanted to bring weapons but it seems I can only bring crossbows along for the trip.

I will not embark until I have 6 more community members or until 24 hours have passed.  The first 6 community members can state what they would like to bring in the caravan and the purpose of the new fortress.

Juarous, Novice Furnacedwarf/Competent Metalsmith/Dabbling Hammerdwarf. He is training to become a Hammerdwarf whenever there may be sieges or trouble in the fort. He is always optimistic unless he hasn't had booze in a while.

You're competing with Hexed with mechanic duties and I didn't want to use numbers in anyones community name.  So I took the letters in your name and punched them in backwards to christen you "Rellik." Too bad if you don't like it.

Oh and can the last person who joins the community please have something to do with Food and or drinks, I'll lick your boots.

No, I'm very bitter that you didn't say grower right away.  You're only a mason and a soap maker.  I've used all remaining stocks for food and booze so we can last until migrants or a trade caravan arrives.

Oh and you realize to get soap production underway I'll need sand - wood and animal fat right?  You realize we're on a glaciar right?  You realize the only sand is under the sea right?  You're not even listening to me are you?  Your character sure does have "a fertile imagination."

Well whatever, it's time to embark.
