I think Elarion may be dead soon if he can't dodge twice... god I think Init rolls are against us as well. For instance the monster rolled a 21. I rolled a six and still ended up third in line.

You guys found the vault, took the crown (And you got a set of Delver's Armor, assuming no one else took it) and then gave it to the collector.  Later, you went to kill a monster for a guy, and mission walked right up to where it's hiding and it got you pretty bad, you have 2hp.  Good luck.
