I used the search function, and didn't find anything too relevant about it. So, why not?
We've made
achievements, we've made
fan art, and we've even made
slogans for T-shirts and such, but I noticed one thing missing.
You know them, you love them, they're probably plastered all over your workplace. If anything, they keep you moving. They are motivational posters. You may need one to continue a megaproject, or your dwarves may need one to deal with the loss of a family member, aside an epic dining room. Maybe there is something special that makes said dining room epic. Maybe it's one of these lovely posters. Who knows?
I'm going to start us off with a poster to get things moving.
Oh right, some guidelines before I start, and before anything gets out of hand:
-Please spoiler your motivational posters (as with any other large picture, this should be common knowledge anyway)
-Before anyone asks where they can make their own motivational poster, please refer to this site first:
http://bighugelabs.com/motivator.php -Please don't use the immediate picture that appears when the poster is made. It's only temporary, and will result as a broken link in short time. I advise you use whatever picture site you're using to store your posters instead (and save them just in case anyway).
-And just as important, before considering asking for the source of a pic, make sure it's already marked down.
-Posters, be sure to at least tell where you found it so the thread doesn't become "source?" spammed.
-In any other case, even a vague description of source will suffice ("I found it at such and such, but I don't remember where exactly...")
-Before asking for source, please use
TinEye, or similar reverse-image-search program (even those that may be less SFW, if need be).
-And on that note, if ever NSFW, make sure to label it as such one way or another.
ADDED:
-Make sure the pictures or links actually appear in your posts. It's beginning to count as spam, all responses pointing out the phantom posts.
Last, but not least:
Have fun, and keep it mostly related to DF and/or Bay-12.
Here we go:
Looking forward to everyone else's submissions.
