It's actually strangely sad, in a way.

Most of 'em are worse. Especially when you realize you've done -exactly that- yourself.

MS Paint Masterpieces finally got its own site, eh? I remember way back when it was hosted on Bob and George. That's the only webcomic I've seen through all the way that I was around for when it was still going.

I check on MSPM about once a year. Same for El Goonish Shive.

Why must all the best time-wasting devices appear right before final exams!

When you have an exam, pretty much anything becomes preferable to studying. Most people would rather repeatedly watch George W. Bush's inauguration speech than study.

That being said, I can't believe that no one's mentioned The Doom Comic yet.

When you are working full time+ in retail for holiday rush, while cramming down 18 hours of finals in year 5+ classes and writing research papers on economics, shakespear and writing the code for an autonomous robot; Sometimes you need to take the time from your schedule to catch up on the archives of a couple dozen web comics instead of going ape shit insane. And this is very very important, you need to sleep at least once a week.

That'd be because it doesn't really qualify as a webcomic.

It still has a link on BnG, and I think DisgruntledFerret (or Dave Anez) said that technically, BnG is still hosting it.

EDIT:

Also, the Fancy Adventures of Jack Cannon. I feel that underappreciated webcomics should be discovered and, um, appreciated. A bit action-y.

I feel like there's some history or inspiration I don't know enough about there.
