1.  That does NOT rule out 0% technically.  I can't do, say, a 0% vig since that's just killing hte role.  I can knock parts of the role though (i.e. Fallen Angel).

2. Bruce Wayne is listed so he can exist.  Batman isn't, but you aren't CHOOSING batman and I know what the role does.

Of course, I may choose to 'balance' him .
