If the common dwarves in my fortresses ever rose up against their oppressors, they wouldn't choose the Hammer & Sickle for their flag.

Oh, no.  They would not.

This is what they'd put on their flag.  This would be the symbol of the common dwarf.

The horizontal line would line up with that of the door if that was a throne. The pi in the default tileset is somewhat stretched vertically.

 Needs a Plump Helmet and barrel to represent proper food and drink available to the common Dwarf without excessive price forcing them to choose lesser items to sustain themselves with.

Umm... Did loser just summon forth Cthulhu? That script looks an awful lot like something I would expect deep ones to scribe in the flesh of a newborn child during a a R'lyehian cult sacrifice. Though its possible that such a thing is actually the overall goal of Dwarf Fortress in general. At the very least Dwarf Fortress is training wheels for the end times.

In other news, we totally have to mod in full-on deep ones.
