I started a game with a bunch of gang members. After winning (or nearly winning, I got tired of going out, datenapping a conservative, brainwashing, and releasing over and over) with the flawless winning strategy, I wanted to try a more violent approach. Where's the best place to train them in combat without running the risk of facing stronger opponents?

1. whenever you attack an area with stronger oppenents you will always have massive conservitive(police) responce, and your safehouse will be undersiege.
2. if not enough people support political violence your action will result in decreasing public support and a 'rampage' news story

start with good weapons gang members can help here as some of them have aks
run away,start runing before the law truns up you get 2 kills a raid at the start.
run as soon as you get hit blood loss can turn a small wound in to a big wound that will take week to heal.

I grind up persuasion and law, before killing a few people.  You'll probably be able to talk yourself off the hook once you get caught to clear the record, letting you keep on going provided you don't suffer any permanent injuries.
