The fire didn't last long, the room being drenched in humidity. As the smoke clears the 5 figures slowly become visible, they are:

Hmm...I've never been a big fan of CCGs - I mean, I did and still do collect Pokemon cards, but I never got heavily into the battling and trading thing.

By definition that makes you a fan since you still buy them.

I still don't understand why you insist on using this magiccards site as opposed to the gatherer, I mean come on! It's official!

Take in a big wiff.

Summon my mist leopard.
If I can't do that due to lack of mana: I'll help Mr.Person explore

    Turn 1:

    Explore the room
2, you close your eyes for a second. There is a nice breeze, wait breeze? you spend some time determining where it comes from, with your eyes closed. you bump into someone... maybe you should open your eyes.

    Take in a big wiff.
1, you breath in deep... and get a lung full of smoke, not the best decision in a room that has boiling moss and mold on it's walls.

    Summon my mist leopard.
1,5, You start summoning your mist leopard, just as you are about to finish someone bumps into you, you hear a splash from below. atleast you have gained a bit of experience for it.

explore the room. especially the wall with the stream.
6, you note that the mold on the walls is actually glowing, being the only source of light in this room. There is a compass rose on the ground, north is to the right of the grates into which the stream disappears. The room is rectangular. The left and right wall are lined with two rotten bookcases, and another one in a corner in the south. Some roasted bits of meat and fur are laying around in the middle of the room. As you walk towards the wall you pick up some books to put on the grate so you don't break your legs. As you arrive at the grate you hear something splash into the water below, quickly you drop to the ground and look through the grate. You see a large, slightly disfigured cat being swept away by a rather strong current. you reach the conclusion that jumping into the stream could be lethal. You stand up and look at the wall. the stream seems to have eaten away at the stone it was running over. The chamber seems to have been carved out of solid stone, yet the floor is constructed. The water is crystal clear.

raise the alarm, and make my soldiers search for me, while i rest

3, you summon two soldiers using raise the alarm. You talk to them, giving them the order to look around for anything unusual.

    What is this?
If it's partly inspired by my RTD, then (1)=critical fail,(5)=severity.

actually i made 5 rolls, determining the course of action for the players, then,i needed a deciding factor how the spell would fail, so i rolled again. Being bumped into and the spell being redirected into the ground seemed logical to me.  worst case: the leopard being feral and attacking it's master. also: disfigured cat.

Yeah well... Be careful with that, such roll padding can severely increase the mediocrity of the game.

While that does make rolls tend to have more average effects, it also makes the failures much more extreme(ex. 1,1 or 1,6 would probably be VERY bad.)

Oops, I search the bookcases for anything useful.

i use it because for me the gatherer takes 5-6 seconds to load and that site has readable text within half a second.

I quickly unsummon, then resummon the mist leopard
1,1 would turn the creature hostile, backfire the spell ... where as 1,6 results in summoning a dead(disfigured) creature, the spell having no, or near no effect.
on your bold text: there is no unsummon in your possession, casting the creature spell again will remove it's previous effect, you have ONE green mana left, please read your status.
