Trust me, a week long hiatus is the least of your worries. Turn up by tonight or tomorrow.

Before I read through 26 pages, is it worth me writing out an application? This looks to be fun.

If you gave them a biome then the Elves may indeed start turning up with Wagons in cages.
Well, it does tie in to the fact that personality-wise, dragons are nothing more than gigantic, scaly, firebreathing cats.

There's four people on the waiting list and nobody's died yet.

So, probably not. Maybe? I don't know.

Is it just me or has the WAAAAAGH died?

Turn 25: Home Is Where The War Is

Scout the area, keeping an eye out for anything useful. Like mooks.

(1) There is a distinct lack in any sort of red shirts, goons, thugs, scrubs, flunkies, or cannon fodder of any kind, your search fruitless. You decide to summon some instead. (5) After some chanting, some dancing, and finding a creative substitute for blood, you open a portal to the warp, and a group of Horrors exit it... who then proceed to run off on you. That cannot end well.

Me and the nurgling get into the mech and try to find some raw materials, preferably of biological nature.

(6) You and your little buddy hop into the mech, finding it quite roomy inside. However, looking around the cockpit, you learn why Ork Mek Boyz should never be trusted for anything more complicated than an egg timer. There is a mass assortment of buttons, levers, pedals, switches, doodads, gubbins, and whatchamacallums, and none of them are properly labeled, and the ones that are labeled are in an ork language. You are almost afraid to push anything, in the fear that the thing has a self-destruct (which is very likely). However, you are not about to be defeated by orkyness. (5) You grab the two controls on the side, which you guess is for the arms. the machine then turns on, and you begin moving. It' so odd, it seems to come naturally to you. (+2 piloting)

Out of scrap?! Ride the warbikk to more less fertile ground. Preferably near the other orks

(3) You head out on your bike, not bothering to give the spiky marine any sort of manual, and begin searching for more bitz in order to make bigger, if not better, things. You spot a massive Waaagh! of Orks nearby, and decide to keep it close to them. (2) However, it seems that the area has already been picked clean, and only useless junk left behind. You must either venture farther for parts or simply give up.

Yeah, weez in. Where's da scrap gonna be?

The giant warboss spins you around and points down the hill, where a massive army of spiky 'oomies were attacking a large building, while the large building launched heavy artillery into the chaos boyz. If you had to make a guess, it was other pinkskins. "Dere" Said the mega armored warboss "dats were we're fightin'. We gunna swipe in da flank and krump dem" (6) You feel psyched, ready to jump in at a moment's notice. You almost do, had the bigger warboss not grab you before you'd recklessly charged down the hill. "Patience, ya git. we'll be dere soon enuff." You fell slightly embarrassed, and what little respect Skullcrusha' Boyz had for you was decreasing (although your own boyz view you in a Kamina level of awesome).

Do a barrel roll! Did I already pull that gag this game? Just go to the base already.

(2) You decide to do a barrel roll, for the hell of it. You spin like a sideways top, a flying green blur to anyone watching. It's quite fun, up until you horf over the windshield. You spend the rest of the turn clearing the vomit off.

Okay, shuriken pistols shouldn't really make any noise. Therefore, what I heard was clearly a bird or something. Anyway, if, hypothetically, there really is an Eldar shooting a shuriken pistol around here somewhere, then he surely has the situation well in hand.

Therefore, I should make a cubby house.

(4) Curse your reality warping powers (despite the fact that you're right D:). You go of in search for shelter and building material, nevermind the fact that you have possibly doomed one of your own kind. (3) You find yourself a literal hole in the ground, only somewhat deeper than your average foxhole. You place a few flat pieces of debris over the top, making a sort of roof. It may not be pretty, but at least it'll keeps the rain out...well, some of it.

shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot...you get the idea.

(3) Sadly, fear has taken a grip on you, and are only able to fire another single shot. (1) Your shot flys off in a different direction, and it looks like the gun had jammed. You freeze in terror as the monster continues to advance. (5) Suddenly, there is a crunching noise, and the floor gives out under the beast, sending it down word. You hear a Splorch and everything goes quiet. You don't think you'll ever sleep soundly again.

"Drive me closer, I want to hit them with my sword!"

(6) You scream your outrageous demand, but the machine spirit was not about to argue with the with the meltagun. It dives along side an enemy land raider, the top gunner only now noticing that a lunatic Loyalist was within chainsword range. (5+1) You swing true, the dangerous teeth catching onto the heretic's armor (5) and the head goes flying. (3+1) With the gunner gone, you take up your melta pistol and fire at the tracks on the transport (4+1) The tracks of the enemy vehicle (as well as a good portion of the rear armor) vaporizes, and you watch as the wreaked vehicle stops moving, and the ones behind it crash into it, leading into an epic pile up. You're pretty sure at this point that everyone know you're not Chaos. (+2 marksmarine)

Get a terrible feeling of unease, as though that hypothetical Eldar might not have had the situation in hand after all. But then realize he would have been saved by a deus ex machina, so that's alright.

So I have a hole! Excellent. Now gather supplies. Food, waepons, ammunition, and digging and building supplies. After that, expand my cubby house, preferably into some sort of underground burrow surrounded by a trench system bristling with turrets and with intermittent concrete (rockcrete?) bunkers.

Yeah!  Everyone knows that the God-Emperor is firmly planted *within* the machine.  Unless you're referring to the machine *spirits*, which aren't deii.

Land in the base. Become acquainted with the marines holding out there and and learn of their plans. Then join them in the defense.
