Heh, this site I found's gonna' be a FUN challenge... 

A very tall mountain
Scorching heat
Terrifying Biome
Magma Pipe with...
5 skeletal fire imps
Bottomless Pit next to the magma pipe... and judging by the giant cave spider webbing...
...I'm guessing there's a giant cave spider there
HFS
A brook that has a 19 z level waterfall into a canyon
A giant cave teeming with undead creatures including...
4 skeletal cyclops



Sounds like FUN 

Only thing I'm worried about, aside from all the stuff listed above, is that the area's a bit on the large side, so I'll be sure to get lag as the fortress progresses... assuming the skeletal mountain goats don't maul my starting 7 before they have a chance to do anything.

It says I am missing PIG.  Which mods are you using?

Crud... I have no idea... 

I mean, I'm using the mike mayday graphics set, but the pig is probably from somewhere else... I used to have the orc mod and my pirate mod in there, but I removed them and I'm not sure of what mod adds pig. Maybe Civ forge? I've tried to use that one in the past. But again, no idea where the pig came from. Sorry.

Sounds like my favorite starting area to date. It was three rivers on varying z-levels meeting in the middle and heading off in different directions, in a terrifying biome. My Dwarves ended up on an island in the exact center, about 20 squares wide. They made it about five feet from the wagon before they were attacked by skeletal fish from all sides.
