I've been wanting to run a succession game for a while, but none of my friends are interested. So I thought I'd come here and play with some experienced players.

I've made an obsidian portal page for (what I hope) will become a long running Dwarf Fortress game. Check it out: http://www.obsidianportal.com/campaign/df-line

I've played the first year. Who wants to play?

Year 10: n00bs4uce - Current
Year 11: Banana
Year 12: Deinol
Year 13: Doomshifter

Appears that nobody else will take this offer, so I shall. I might be able to start play tonight or tomorrow afternoon.

I might join in! Is there a time-limit? I'm notoriously slow with this sort of thing, but if there's a time limit I'll push myself to get it done :3

I'm not going to put a hard time limit, but within 2 weeks seems reasonable.

Never done one of these before. I'll take year 3 4, though.


EDIT: Well, I can't count. >_> Meant year 4, the year after Doomshifter's year. Yea, that one.

We can only thank Armok that we haven't drawn the attention of Barbarossa the Seal God yet. Man, that guy fucks up fortresses like no tomorrow. He fucks them up so good that they still work.

Oh and for the record im not that experienced.

Im weathered enough to get by but dont expect anything totally exceptional from me.

And do you have any screenshots yet? Id like to see what i will be working with
