A puzzling riddle.

I'm playing an old text game, and this riddle has me stumped.
"The puzzle box has a carving of the moon on one side, a carving of the sun on another, and an unmarked panel that feels loose. An inscription reads, "Solar Eclipse Procession Box." The lid is closed."???
I've tried open all of the sides and am currently locked in a cellar.

Might be easier if you post the game/save for us. Or at least tell us its name. Anyway, my idea is that you might have to turn or rotate the box, or perhaps the panel.

The game is called Tortoise, I got it from here, and I'm in the cellar, there is no light that I have been informed about.

Umm... Any chance you could upload your save? I think it'd be a pretty simple affair. I'll piddle with this for now.
