I once ended up with an angry named Albertosaurus running around my fort. His name? 'Smashhammers'.

Once had a 1-tile mountain called 'the finger of pregnancy'.

The good-alinged mountains actualy sound more disturbing than the evil-alinged ones.
This might take the cake as the dirtiest vanilla DF name.
Agreed.

Personally, I think "The Blowing Witch" (a goblin civ in one of my games) is a contender.

Engraved on the floor is a well-designed image of a kobold and a carp.  The kobold is making a plaintive gesture.  The carp is laughing.

Noooo...the finger of pregnancy is way worse...but that's just my opinion.

I tend to find more lewdness in my geographical features than in their names.

Fort Name: "Ages of Burials"
Group Name: "The Broken Bridge"

These were more of an omen then names; dorfs got slaughtered by HORDES AND HORDES of goblins with human leaders all packing steel/iron weapon/armor.

After an occasion I festively called "The 7 Hordes Cluster-Fawk" (7 goblins attack in secsession, fun...) i gave an order to lower the bridge, when one of the survivores got to do that (after setting the orders to "drfs can go out") 5 dwarves got crushed to death under it, I mourn their loss still.

Then came the Kobold...

This is a finely-generated World. It menaces with spikes of Gabbro.

The most amusing I've had is Aguslu Badneutral the goblin. It's like his parents couldn't make up his mind.

A dwarven civ.: The Crypt of Shanking

In the same world as I went to make a fortress the first RNG'd name to appear was the treaties of Peace...someone tell me, are there other kinds?

If you hit a dwarf with moving water with sufficient strength it will knock the baby out of the mother's arms.  The water can then be used to sweep the baby into a well or cistern for drowning.  The device which does this can also double as a mist generator.

This one isn't in the traslated name, it's in the Dwarven name. Cattenuker. Thermonuclear Cats offically mentioned?

Centration. Similar to Spacestation 13, but in 3D and first-person. Sounds damn awesome.

I've seen a screenshot of an engraving of a cat, titled "lolcatten", I think it's pretty well known, but it should be mentioned.

Personally, I've seen an ocean named "The ocean of blue(something)"
..Yep, it's blue, thank you captain obvious.

I've also seen two human civilisations close together, I'm not entirely sure of their names anymore, but I believe it was something of "The empire of holes" and "The empire of emancipation".

What kind of statues are your masons making, that you think they have "maximum exposure"?
(Full frontal ones, apparently.  With very short beards.)

I've had many that made me laugh or cringe, but in my most recent world gen'd I had two that were gems.

The Land of Holes

and nearby...

The Forest of Pregnancy

To be honest I don't want to go anywhere near either. Especially that forest. No telling what might happen to a dwarf there....

My last fortress, which died off because of a loose fire imp, took place alongside a brook named 'The Virgin of Jail'.

I would worry more if a cat wandered in there personally; but you can always set them thermonuclear after a moment of waiting, and rid the forest of just about anything, including the forest itself rather swiftly.
