How do I delete all the saves and the world?

I want to delete all my old saves and the world so i dont have to be bogged down when I create a new world. How do I do this?

The savegames are the world files, so deleting one deletes the other by definition.

They are saved in your dwarf fortress/data/save folder. Each subfolder is one savegame/world.
