One of those spring-loaded plastic tubes held between two metal prongs on the wall - the kind that you can remove easily from the prongs thanks to the spring, but also thanks to the spring you're worried that it'll shoot off some crazy place you don't want it to.

Same. Except my tubes are metal as well, so I counted them as "metal" as far as the poll is concerned.

Well ignoring the health concerns of a Bidet, some people use Wipes.

Though I know only two other alternatives.
