...is making an XCOM remake right now. It runs on raw files and scripts, so you can make your own content, mods, campaigns, maps, and concentrated awesome with as little as a text editor. It is regularly updated with new features and has an active community like this one. I need to build a dimensional portal just so I can get my hands on it and play it.
