My two year old cousin managed to somehow get and skull a whole bottle of vanilla essence. What is it? 60% alcohol?

Well, the worst taste was the taste of bloody vomit in my mouth after I had my operation.

The worst food I've ever tasted... hmm.  I did try that curry that tasted of nothing but burning.

I once tried a shot of vanilla extract.

Not so great.  Not so great at all.  Upside is, I can tell people that that is what most forms of alcoholic drinks taste like to me, and most of them can grasp my dislike of them at that point.

Actually I find vanilla extract not bad, its strong yes, but actually quite tasty.

Depends on which culture you are getting it from. East Asian cultures have a somewhat mild curry, whereas Indian curry can range from mild to hot fiery death.
 Still, I like spicy things so I suppose I cannot offer too much advice in the way of scale.

I assume the first person to eat a durian must be starving and very desperate...

Vomit and surströmming.
Surströmming is very, "special". Opening a single can makes the whole block smell of it but I still want to like it, because it's considered a delicacy.
