Be slightly more careful around pools and pits

Dwarves should be wary of fighting near large holes in the ground. I've lost two soldiers to falling into the caldera while shooting at fire imps (the imps got close and hit them a bit, and they fell in) and a hunter to being shoved into a lake by a wolf.

This is a very old known bug.  It has to do with dodging an attack...off the edge of a cliff.

It's how peasants can kill bronze colosi.
