I just checked the game; don't worry, the problem was in the post, not the game. Your character is named Evan, and the Billy Mays clone is Nick.

That's what dressers are for, by all means.

And I did look, but that was the closest to a boonie hat I could find. Maybe I'm blind or something.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
That would be a Boonie Hat.

If you can't find it, change it to a black cap.
No sunglasses.
Black/Blue T shirt.
And thats it.

I'd have gone for a less frumpy skirt (length and drape are fine, though longer also would work; it's those pleats that make it questionable), and younger shoes... but it's in the ballpark, and I won't torture you with more precise fashion sense. Besides, while it's important to cultivate a carefully groomed appearance, it's the charming personality that's really important.

Nice work. I was thinking my system of detail would be used more to prevent confusion, as well as give others a method of adding detail/dimension to their sims. Oh well. Despite the level of detail given, I figured it would keep things simple how I set it up. You know, preset, and base off that.

I kinda noticed how The Sims games tend to make characters look a little cartoony sometimes. Tossing in a more realistic looking sim, with a Captain-N style background ought to make things a little interesting, depending on what you have in store.

Personally, blue doesn't suit me too well. Maybe something within the black/grey zone. Heck even red would look better.

So, what zany plans do you have in store for our hapless sims?

Captain N... I KNEW it sounded too familiar. I should have known from the bouts of vomiting I had after reading your bio. (I hate Captain N with a passion, if only for bringing The Legend of Zelda cartoon back from the grave. And Gameboy. Damn that Gameboy...)

I was never really a fan of Captain-N, but the concept got a good hold of me. Then again, it was the age of Saturday morning cartoons.

I think I really got interested, for the time being, in the N-Fans comic, until i lost track of it. Toss that around with Bob and George, and whatnot, and well, consider the idea of being trapped in a game reality while remaining the badass normal a concept that can hopefully be revisited properly, written by people who know how games are supposed to be done. Too many misinterpretations from the media to just butcher the concept unmercifully.

Idea: A Captain-N style story involving roguelikes. Starting with Dwarf Fortress and Nethack. That ought to be fun.

Regarding my character: how did you know I wear a silver Racer wristwatch?!? Are you psychic or something?

Though you got the hand wrong. :D As a lefty, I prefer to wear my watch on the right hand (don't matter much though).
