I just downloaded the Dig Deeper mod and must say Im loving it.
Only issue is: I embarked with a queen bee from the "seed" section, and cant figure out how to use it to get honey... Searched the forum, wiki and google and cant seem to find any answers...

Honey brewd  becomes mead, Im guessing, but can it also be used raw or processed in cooking?

Ok plant the queen bee in an outdoor farm plot and let it grow in to a beehive, harvest when ready. Bee hive can be made into mead at the still) or processed into honey (at the farmer's workshop). I'm not sure if the bee hive can be eaten raw or cooked (I'd be guessing no).

According to the raws, you should plant it underground in the Spring or Summer, where it will grow into "cave beehives" which you can "Process plant (to barrel)" to get "dwarven honey" or brew to get "dwarven mead".

Of course, it looks like the BIOME tag is broken, being "[BIOME_SUBTERRANEAN_WATER]" instead of "[BIOME:SUBTERRANEAN_WATER]" (edit: though the game seems to understand it anyways).

The erroneous tag will cause it to be plantable, but not found naturally.  I found that out when I used some of Pickerel's plants and they could never be found when harvesting.  Jaybud pointed out the error (use of the older "_" instead of the newer ":") and when I regenerated the world using the correct form I was able to harvest the new plants.
