Alternative tantrum

How about making it so that dwarves refuse to do work when they are very unhappy? This wouldn't replace the tantrum, it'd just be another option for unhappy/angry dwarves. Dwarves dealing with the death of a pet might just sulk for a bit instead of tearing down bridges and attacking war dogs?

A more intelligent form of tantrum would be nice... Destroying the bridge your standing on never really made much sense to me, even if the dwarf IS insane.
